14:00 Arrival at Base Camp (3,600 masl) after an exciting mountain drive and a short 20-minute walk. Warm lunch facing the active volcano.
16:00 Optional: guided proximity trek toward Fuego's ridges to hear and see explosions up close (+2 hours).
17:00 Mountaintop bonfire as the sun sets over the clouds.
19:00 Hot dinner under starlit skies with the glowing Fuego as a backdrop.
04:00 Optional: begin morning push to crown Acatenango's absolute summit.
06:00 Summit (3,976 masl) — unforgettable sunrise breaking above the cloud line.
08:00 Return to camp for a freshly prepared hot breakfast.
