Our core offering is tailor-made travel - we craft every itinerary around your wishes, budget and dates. We also offer themed tours (honeymoon, family, adventure) as a starting point, which we then fully customise to your needs.

After receiving your request, your consultant will contact you to refine the details. We will then send you a complete itinerary, adjusted until it is perfect. Once you approve, we handle everything: flights, accommodation, activities and transfers.

A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before departure. We accept bank transfers and card payments. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required at confirmation.

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the suppliers (airlines, hotels, activities) and how far in advance you cancel. We provide the exact conditions with your quote. We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance to protect yourself against the unexpected.

We strongly recommend it. Good travel insurance covers cancellation, medical repatriation, lost luggage and medical expenses abroad. We can refer you to partner insurers suited to your profile and destination.

It depends on your destination. In Southern Europe, spring and autumn offer great value with fewer crowds. For Central America, the dry season (November to April) is ideal. Your consultant will guide you based on your destination and preferences.

We provide information on entry requirements (visa, passport, recommended vaccinations) for your destination. The formalities remain your responsibility, but we support you with clear guides and timelines to avoid any issues.
